Amber Heard admitted to the jury that Johnny Depp frightened him and felt the actor was going to kill him.
The terror, which Amber called it, occurred in 2015, months before the actress filed a restraining order against Depp, which led to the breakdown of their marriage.
Amber Heard has previously described the violence as “one of the roughest and worst nights of their relationship” at a trial in Britain.
The incident that Amber Heard called to be frightened and felt like “killed” by Johnny Depp occurred on December 15, 2015, the day before Amber Heard appeared on James Corden’s Late Late Show.
“I don’t even remember feeling the pain. I just remember Johnny’s voice. He was next to my ear and he screamed so many times,” Amber Heard said in court Thursday (5/5).
“Every time his voice got louder and more terrifying, ‘I hate you’. It sounded like an animal in pain. I could only hear that he was going to kill me,” he continued.
Amber Heard said she believed Johnny Depp’s threat would happen. He couldn’t remember how much he’d been hurt by Johnny Depp.
“I felt numb in my body. And I thought, ‘This is how I die. He’s going to kill me now‘,” Amber Heard told the jury, quoted from Law and Crime which was released Thursday (5/5).
Amber Heard’s testimony in the trial of Johnny Depp’s lawsuit further complicated the situation between the two. Both claim war by cornering and denying each other.
Amber Heard herself has not finished testifying. He will continue his part on May 16 after the Panel of Judges decided that the trial, which began on April 11, would take a week’s break.
After a week-long break, Amber Heard said the AP would again testify in cross-examination and would prolong the war on claims about her relationship with Johnny Depp.
Johnny Depp previously sued Amber Heard for libel and a $50 million lawsuit due to the actress’ writing in the Washington Post in December 2018.
The article stated that Amber Heard was a victim of domestic violence, which then made Johnny Depp’s name considered a perpetrator of violence even though the actor’s name was not stated in the article.
